I began creating this zebra for the Arts for ACT Gallery’s Folk and Lore Show. My intention was to put a unicorn on his head, but once I got to his eye, I just couldn’t do it!
It is really one of my favorite pieces. It will be on exhibition at the Mid-County Library in November & December 2018. I hope you can stop by and take a look.
Reaching for Peace
I created this ethereal unicorn for the Folk & Lore show at the Arts for ACT gallery in Fort Myers. It is named for the upper left square, which is a hand at the end of the horn, with the phrase “reaching for peace.” There are so many surprises in these squares. You can check her out at the Visual Arts Center in Punta Gorda. She will be on display until the end of December 2018… unless of course you want to take her home.

This sweet painting was inspired by the Picasso show at Visual Arts Center in Punta Gorda, FL. It has been sold.
Nude and Still Life
I created this painting for the Fine Arts Festival at Visual Art Center in Punta Gorda in November 2017. It was quite a challenge copying a Picasso work, but I positively love the way it turned out. Thankfully this was sold at silent auction with 100% of proceeds benefiting my favorite Art Center.
